The Story:
Dry Creek winds through part of Jackson County before joining the Navidad River near old Texana and the Lavaca River. True to its name, Dry Creek generally sees little water except as flood relief. Not far from Dry Creek, Blanc du Bois grapes thrive in the Gulf Coast climate of Lavaca Bluffs Vineyards overlooking the Lavaca River in the wind and sun. Chilled, this bone dry white table wine provides refreshing company for seafood and friendly events.
