The Story:
The Texas Coastal Plans were once wild territories disputed by the French and Spanish, the cowboys and Indians. Missionaries and pioneer ranchers from varied backgrounds became settlers in the 1800's, domesticating wild horses and raising cattle in the wide open spaces while establishing a new state. In addition to the Shaghai Pierce land, the vast Keeran and West Ranches between the Lavaca and Guadalupe Rivers helped shape Gulf Coast life. The legendary strawberry roan with silvering mixed white and red hair symbolizes the rich Texas heritage, and this Strawberry Roan wine salutes it.
